Makes about 3/4 cup
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 4 tablespoons cream of tartar
- 4 tablespoons arrowroot
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the baking soda, cream of tartar and arrowroot until they are well combined. Store your baking powder in an airtight container in a dark, cool-ish cupboard.
