- 75g white chocolate
- 75g sugar
- 125 milliliters milk
- 125g ricotta
- 125g flour
- 1/2 packet yeast
- 1/2 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 25g pistachios
- 25g walnuts
- 50g dried strawberries
- Preheat oven on 300F
- Ground pictachios and walnuts Beat the egg
- Heat the milk with the vanilla sugar. Bring almost to a boil, then remove from heat and add chocolate and sugar. Stir until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Let cool for a few minutes then the ricotta, flour, yeast and egg. Combine well
- Add dried strawberries, pistochios and walnuts
- Pour into a cake pan and bake for about an hour. Cover with aluminum sheet if the top of the cake starts to brown too quickly.
