Author Notes: I use this simple tempeh recipe in the summer on salads. - JudyFoodie
- 2 packets Tempeh (16oz)
- 1 Large onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Juice of one lemon
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- Cut tempeh into cubes, place in bowl with all of the ingredients. Toss to mix well. Marinate in fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
- Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, baste several times. Serve warm or chilled.
