- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2-3 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Drink immediately.
