Author Notes: Potato Au Gratin with Eva milk, top with mozzarella cheese.Hidemi

Serves 3-4

  • 2 Medium Russet Potatoes
  • 1 1/4 cups Eva Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  1. Peel and cut each potato into 1/4 thick slices.
  2. Place potatoes into 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle salt and black pepper. Pour Eva milk and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
