Author Notes: A variation of the French 75 rounded out with rum and honey.Erik Lombardo

Serves 1

  • 1 ounce Rum
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
  • 2 to 3 ounces sparkling wine
  1. Shake all ingredients except for sparkling wine briefly with ice, then strain into a flute or cocktail coupe. Top with sparkling wine.
