Honey cream

Makes 2 cups

  • 1 cup unflitered, raw honey
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  1. Simply stir the honey into the cream until well-mixed.
  2. Store in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate. You can also add chopped walnuts if desired.
