Makes 2 cups
- 1 cup unflitered, raw honey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Simply stir the honey into the cream until well-mixed.
- Store in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate. You can also add chopped walnuts if desired.
