Author Notes

I got this recipe from one of my best friends. Kathy Lazeski, I'm not sure where she got it from. I made it for my family and they loved it. My youngest son Brian is a vegetarain, so I am always looking for something to make when he comes home. —patdiesel

  4. Mix melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers, and sprinkle on top of mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins or less.

This shrimp and crabmeat bake was delicious. I couldn’t find the cream of shrimp soup here in Missouri so I had to use cream of mushroom. So good I will make again. Next day was even better.

Baked it and it was delicious! It was very watery also. In the oven at 350 for 45 minutes. Realized later you said CONVECTION OVEN. There is a difference!! Regular oven needs to be cooked for at least one hour!! Sure was good the next day!!
