Rustic Pappardelle with Feta and Walnuts

Inspired by Turkish pasta called eriste - like pappardelle. Rustic version is generally served with feta and walnuts. —beril

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 packet Egg Pappardelle
  • 1 cup Feta (Crumbled)
  • 1 cup Parsley
  • 1 cup Walnuts
Directions
  1. Cook pappardelle as instructed on the packet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients with pappardelle.
