This cocktail is named after the Italian word for charter house, the building where the monks who make the liqueur Chartreuse live. —Erik Lombardo

yellow Chartreuse

lemon juice

Directions

Shake the chartreuses and lemon with ice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with beer and enjoy!
