I have been baking salmon for a number of years. I always prefer the citrus marinades and citrus with brown sugar. I made this recipe tonight and it it THE best salmon I have ever had! The addition of the chili powder, cumin and mainly the cinnamon, gave it the most delicious sweet and spicy flavor! LOVE LOVE this recipe
