Serves 1

  • Juice of one lime
  • 4 to 6 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 shot gin
  • Prosecco
  1. Muddle the lime, mint, and sugar together. Transfer to a cocktail shaker with ice and the gin. Shake until chilled.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass and finish with prosecco.

I made this for a full bottle of prosecco. I used 6x the amount of mint/sugar/lime/gin. It turned our pretty well, but I would probably cut down on the sugar a bit.
