- 4 russet potatoes
- olive oil
- sea salt
- For curry mayo, add 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons curry powder and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- For spicy ketchup, add 3 tablespoons ketchup, and a few dashes of hot sauce (we like Cholula or Tapatío, add for desired spice level)
- For fries, cut them in similar shaped wedges so they cook evenly. Toss with olive oil and sea salt, place on a baking sheet and cook for 30 min on 400 degrees. Check on the occasionally giving them a turn and toss. Cook for desired crispiness it's about 30-45 minutes.
- I like to also toss them with a little malt vinegar at the end :) Super yummy and much healthier than frying.
