Makes 3 servings

  • 3 tomatoes
  1. slice tomatoes, then slice mozzarella, and juliene basil . lay out tomatoes, add a slice of cheese on each, and then some basil, and sprinkle extra virgin olive oil, and a little lemon juice. Done!!!!!!
