Author Notes: We tend to eat a fair bit of Indian food at our house. Mint chutney is a tasty condiment to enjoy with an Indian dinner and a great way to use up a bumper crop of mint. - City Share
Makes 1 cup
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, or sweetener of your choice
- 1 cup mint, packed
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 jalepeno, ribs and seeds removed, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, or to taste
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
