I do not cook a lot of eggs. I have never cooked brunch; Madame does not approve. But I like this omelette for a simple lunch, so ... —La Bonne Femme

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 piece Gruyere
  • 1 piece Raisin toast, Pepperidge Farm
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Prepare the omelette in hot pan with melted butter. Add salt and pepper. Cook gently & quickly. Before folding, add the raison toast.
  2. Remove immediately to plate; add slice of cheese. Broil very briefly to melt.
