Heirloom Mango Summer Salsa

Author Notes: This is my own recipe, their is nothing better then fresh homemade salsa on a summer day. Salsa is amazing on its own or as a side dish, on a grilled burger, tossed over chicken or a pork last but not least with your corn chip or tortilla. Florence Mucci

Serves 4

  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 4 Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 2 Jalepeno Peppers minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 handful minced cilanto
  • 1 tablespoon minced Garlic
  • 1 whole chopped mango
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 Large Green Pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients together, let it sit for 2 hours to obtain its flavor. Then enjoy..
