Author Notes: This month tomatoes are perfection and I just can't not live on tomatoes during the final few months of summer. I got these lovely heirlooms in every color, rich, juicy, and sweet. Also sweet corn is perfect this time of year. I sliced the corn raw and its so fresh and sweet. Top it off with a little olive oil, citrus and spicy pepper and your good to go. So fresh, highly addictive and it doesn't get any easier. Did I mention healthy? - Nicole Franzen
