I adore candy corn. If they can cover a marshmallow peep in chocolate, why not candy corn. This treat is sinfully decadent. —Hottobasco

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 6 ounces Chocolate chips
  • 22 ounces bag chocolate chips
Directions
  1. Microwave chocolate chips in medium bowl on high for 1 minute. Stir and repeat in 30 second increments until chocolate is smooth and all chips have melted
  2. Pour all but 1/2 cup of the corn into the chocolate and stir until all pieces are coated.
  3. Using a fork, draw out a few kernels at a time and drop onto wax paper lined cookie sheets. Press a few plane candy corn into each cluster for decoration.
  4. Place in freezer for 10 minutes to harden.
  5. Pop off wax paper into decorative bowl, . Enjoy.

typo, you're coating the chocolate chips in chocolate. would try it this weekend, but I have harvest corn (the candy corn with the chocolate bottoms) and even for me that would be overkill. :) Happy to see so many candy corn enthusiasts. Do you like Peeps, too? I broke down and purchased the ghosts and pumpkins, tho I try to reserve all of my Peeps calories for the Easter chicks.
