MINT CHUTNEY
Author Notes: We sometimes use stone grinder but you can use a food possessor . Have this chutney with pakora , chicken tikka or

Serves 4
- Mint Chopped 25 gms
- Coriander chopped 50 gms
- Green chili 2
- Ginger 10 gms
- Garlic 10 gms
- Chat masala 1 tsp (Chat masala you can buy from Indian store)
- Salt To taste
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Water 50 ml
- Yogurt 100ml
- Blend together chopped mint , chopped coriander , green chili , ginger, garlic and water in a processor to make a fine paste.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Adjust seasoning
