We sometimes use stone grinder but you can use a food possessor . Have this chutney with pakora , chicken tikka or

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • Mint Chopped 25 gms
  • Coriander chopped 50 gms
  • Green chili 2
  • Ginger 10 gms
  • Garlic 10 gms
  • Chat masala 1 tsp (Chat masala you can buy from Indian store)
  • Salt To taste
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Water 50 ml
  • Yogurt 100ml
Directions
  1. Blend together chopped mint , chopped coriander , green chili , ginger, garlic and water in a processor to make a fine paste.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  3. Adjust seasoning
