Makes 2 cups
- 2 cups Chickpeas, cooked
- 1 packet grape tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 1 bunch mint leaves, chiffonade
- Put chickpeas, tomatoes and mint into a bowl. Toss to combine. Salt to taste.
