Author Notes: I don't know about you, but during the winter months its a roller coaster ride for my body. A constant fight to keep the germs away and my body healthy. In a city filled with a few million people, germs can be hard to avoid. Especially when everyone is stuck indoors and we have to share so many things communally. I try to get as much vegetables and fruits in my body as possible.Smoothies are a terrific way to get loads of yummy antioxidants. Some days I will have a smoothie with a banana, apple, and some spinach. There really isn't an easier way to get a large dose of fresh goodness into your system. - Nicole Franzen
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 of soy milk
- 4 ice cubes
- Rinse Blueberries, slice bananas into smaller pieces and place all ingredients in a blender. Blend till smooth.
