- Banana2 nos.
- Coconut milk 1 1/2cups
- Rice flour1tbs
- Cardamon powder1/2 tsp
- Minced cashew 1tbs
- Ghee 1tsp
- In a heavy pan, heat the 1cup coconut milk, add sliced bananas, cook till soft.
- Add the remaining half cup coconut milk and sugar to which the rice flour and cardamom powered is mixed.
- Top with the cashews fried in ghee.
