Cardamon Cous Cous Pudding

Serves 6
- 3 cups whole milk or goat milk
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 1 piece cinnamon stick
- 6 pieces cardamom
- simmer milk with cinnamon and cardamom for 5 minutes add couscous and dates cook for 15 minutes. remove cardamom and cinnamon. I put in individual glasses. top with whipped cream or greek yogurt.
