Aam Ka Achaar - Mango Pickle
Author Notes: Raw mango season started we have 3 mango trees every year we get more than 100 kilograms of mangoes some we stew or preserve and we make different types of pickles now I would like to share this easy pickle recipe with you.

Serves 30
- Raw mangoes - 10
- Red Kashmir chili powder - 2 cup
- Salt - 2 table spoons
- Salt - 2 table spoons
- Viniger 1 cup(We used coconut tody viniger)
- Mustard seeds - 2 teaspoon
- fenugreek seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
- Asafetida - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic 1/cup
- Sesame oil 1 cup tbsp
- Cut mangoes in your desired size pieces
- Mix together mangoes with Viniger,oil, salt, chili powder, fenugreek ,Garlic ,mustard powder, and asafetida.
- Mix well and fill in dry airtight bottle.
- It keep a long time
