Makes carrots!

  1. Last summer me and a friend made some carrots for a goat cheese sandwich, and they were the best I've ever had. Basically it was sliced carrots in a saucepan, along with olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, salt, brown sugar, cayenne, cumin, paprika, and a little lemon juice. We sauteed them until the carrots got to the perfect softness, then threw them onto our sandwiches. Mmm!
