How and where do I sign up to receive Food52 Shop updates?

If you’re a Food52 member, you’re automatically signed up for our Offers Emails. If you’re not a Food52 member, become one by clicking here. This week’s Offer is right up my alley. How do I buy it?

Click the green “GET IT NOW” button on the offer page before the offer ends. We’ll charge your credit card via secure encryption, and we’ll confirm your purchase by shooting you an email with a link to your offer voucher. Please read the fine print and make sure to follow any rules (such as adhering to per person voucher limits). If, for example, you outfox the rules and somehow buy more than the number allowed, Food52 can’t promise the merchant won’t nab you and make you share your extras with friends!

What happens after I click “GET IT NOW”?

Shortly after you click “GET IT NOW,” you’ll receive an email containing a link to your offer voucher. Print your voucher and follow the instructions to redeem your purchase. That’s it! If you have questions or issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.

When can I redeem my Food52 Offer?

You can redeem your offer any time before the expiration date printed on your voucher.

Can I buy a Food52 Offer as a gift for someone else?

Of course! Our offers make terrific birthday, host/hostess, housewarming, holiday and thank-you gifts. And in keeping with the community spirit of Food52, many of our offers are more fun when you’re able to share them with friends. Just be sure to read the fine print to guarantee that the offer you are interested in is available for purchase as a gift. Once you’ve confirmed that the Food52 Offer is indeed eligible to be given as a gift, just click on “BUY THIS FOR A FRIEND” when purchasing.

Can I transfer my voucher to someone else?

We love leftovers and believe no Food52 Offer voucher should go to waste. So yes, you can transfer your voucher to someone else, unless the voucher specifically states otherwise. Make sure to read the fine print on the specific offer page.

Can I combine my Food52 Offer with other offers or specials?

Unless the specific offer explicitly states otherwise, it cannot be combined with other offers and specials.

Can I return a Food52 Offer?

All sales are final. That said, if you’re not satisfied with your Food52 Offer, please let us know. We’ll work with you to resolve your specific situation, and use your feedback and experience to improve the service and quality of our offerings.

Oh no! My voucher expired. What can I do?

Bad news first: Once your voucher expires, the promotional value of the voucher is lost. Now for the good news: You can still redeem your offer -- at the price you paid -- for the length of time stated by gift certificate laws in your state. So, for example, if you paid $50 for a $100 service, you can still use the $50 voucher towards that service. The $100 service promotion just won’t be available after the expiration date.

What happens if the business providing the offer closes down?

We stand behind each Food52 Offer. If something happens to one of our vendors and you’re not able to redeem your voucher before its expiration date, we’ll work tirelessly to get your money back.
