This small infuser has a little well on the top -- you turn it on, drop in some wood chips, light the chips with a match, and smoke flows out of the rubber tube in seconds. It's extremely fast and the hose lets you control where the smoke goes -- it's clean (no smoke-filled kitchen), easy to use, and yields amazing results.
