I love to cook! I am of Hungarian/Italian background so there is an abundance of delicious recipes I like. Tomato sauce, fresh vegs. and pasta for my Italian side and sour cream and cinnamon and ground walnuts for my Hungarian side. I also have celiac disease so I convert all my recipes to gluten free. I have been cooking for "friends and company" all my life and they can't tell if what I've made is a gluten free one or not as I sometimes will make both.
