About This Cook

Grew up cooking Cuban and native Conch recipes in the Florida Keys. Went on to own a renowned island resort in the South Pacific, and a successful restaurant. Both had excellent menus and loving attention to food quality and preparation. Still love to cook and entertain; it's a balance in my life, and a mark of respect for my family and guests.
