About This Cook

I never cooked all the years I was a marketing executive in the cosmetic, entertainment licensing and fashion industries. However, I did love to bake. I married in my forties and became passionate about food, cooking and housewares. I was diagnosed with celiac disease which was a big shock to me as I have the silent kind. However, it did not dampen my love of food and cooking (although I hardly bake anymore). It simply altered my orientation and gave me a deeper appreciation of people's diverse dietary needs.
