I am a woman in love with food. I am starting a baked goods business that will use mostly organic ingredients. I have a step-daughter who is gluten-free and I bake for her so my line will probably include gluten-free products as well. I am also very interested in food policy and getting pesticides, hormones, antibiotics and GM ingredients out of our food.
