The other day, someone asked me who I wanted to be when I grew up (I'm 37, so I imagine the clock is ticking). I said, without hesitation, a cook! The world of cookery has been my passion, my obsession, my inspiration, my creative outlet, and my solace for my entire adult life. It has never been my career, however, until now. After almost two decades spent branding and marketing big food companies, I have thrown my hat into the entrepreneur ring, and have launched a healthy snack company. As it turns out, being a food entrepreneur does not leave much time to actually play with food, so here I am again, playing with food in my "spare" time.
