I am self taught cook with a keen interest in global cuisine and a firm belief in experimenting with food. Innovation happens when you tweak things and my experimnts have given me a good unterstanding of how to improve upon something. I love to learn and explore new ideas and always love to get feedback. I love to travel as much as I love to cook and between these two and my work, life has been fairly busy. Baking is my favorite technique and deep frying is what I resist the most (though french fries is soul food to me). I hope to share with you what has clicked for me and learn much more in return.
