I was a working mom desperate to find time for the most important people in my life. My kids. I found that the time we had after work was usually spent doing chores and not much was left for quality time. The one time that I did find was around the kitchen, cooking and whipping up their favorite recipes, this was my way of destressing, and well...relaxing. Funny, I know. Then I decided to do what us moms know best, multitask. Well after the first cooking session I realized that it was no task at all, in fact it was amazing! Kids can really cook! The kids and I together, well we are a match made in culinary heaven... well, I guess I am a bit biased ;-)
I am now lucky enough to be a stay at home mom & wife. In my spare time I love developing & testing recipes, catering, cooking, food photography, styling and of course writing and dreaming about food ;-D None of which I am trained professionally to do.
Except the dreaming part I guess.
