I started baking when I was 5 with my Easy Bake oven and when the packets ran out, I made up my own mixes. I have never looked back. I prefer to bake but I love to cook. Fresh, local and sustainable when possible. I like to follow a recipe the first time and then add my own adaptions. My favorite styles of food are Indian, Japanese, Chinese and Italian(fresh and simple). One of my goals every week is to have the smallest amount of garbage in the neighborhood.
