Carol is a food writer whose work has been published in The Washington Post and Washingtonian magazine, among others. She is the writer of chef Mike Isabella's "Crazy Good Italian." (DaCapo; September 2012). She cooked her way through both The French Laundry Cookbook and Alinea, and documented the process on her blogs frenchlaundryathome.com and alineaathome.com. Carol has celiac disease, and is happy to offer advice to those who are newly diagnosed.
