I love to cook but lately I get equally excited about sourcing incredients. My favorite time of the week is Saturday when I go to my local farmer's market and stock up on all my produce for the week. I also buy the freshest seafood, beautiful flowers and delicious goat cheese. I prepare most of my own meals but when I do eat in nice restaurants, I'm always tickled when the chef sources fish and veggies from the growers I've developed relationships with at the farmer's market. Cooking for family and friends is my favorite way to express my love for them.
