Born a foodie (I think) in Hillside, New Jersey, I'm a lover of all things natural and fresh (including two Yorkie dogs, who also eat organic!). At this stage of my life, I garden avidly, write, read, blog and very occasionally, I work as an executive coach in mostly multi-cultural environments.
