I have a passion for cooking. I love exploring new recipes, chefs, and ideas. One of my favorite parts of cooking is the plating because it makes your food come to life in a beautiful artistic presentation. I love incorporating organic, natural, and healthy ingredients into my meals. I am fifteen and cook each meal at my house. I aspire to be a chef one day and move to Europe. I am currently take mid- level french at my school. Also, I recently found out I have celiac which has just opened doors of exploring gluten- free dishes.
