About This Cook

I spent about a quarter of a century as a professional chef, from fast food to high end fine dining. I started when the California phase was coming to a close, lasted through home cooking, various fusion crazes, at least two bistro fascinations and ended with a simple bar and grill, famous for an incredible selection of Scots Whisky, and addictive fish and chips. And after several years in the business world... thinking of getting back in.
