Food is an extension of who we are or literally what we are. Therefore food should never be boring or dull or tasteless. It should evoke passion, excitement and even a little fear for these qualities are what keeps life intriguing.

With the increase in easy grab foods so many have become complacent about what good food is.
I was born and raised in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. I moved overseas around 12 years ago. I have lived as far away as Nigeria and Borneo and Argentina to name a few and have taken my experiences and incorporated them into my food. The challenge of incorporating globally inspired food into a weekly repetoir of menus is exciting. I try and eat fresh, local and organic when I can and if I can. If I can make it myself then why buy it?
I make food interesting by using a variety of ingredients including, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, citrus, nuts, seeds, spices and herbs of all kinds.
