I love anything in jars, yet that's the hardest thing for me to make. I can bake a mean sugar cookie, will try any pie recipe that crosses my path, I can never have enough spices or grains in my pantry, and cooking meat will always be the scariest thing I'll do in my kitchen.
I keep buying raw honey and honeycomb but never have figured out what to do with it.
I LOVE apple season and MUST make apple butter, applesauce, ect. next year to make use of all the apples I pick.
If I didn't have 5 roommates who also need the kitchen and the space, I would have jars upon jars of jams, sauces, syrups, stocks, ect. As it stands, I scroll through canning blogs and books with envy and patiently wait until it's my turn to try. (and savor the jarred gifts from family I get once in a while)
