I'm visually imapired and have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia-so what i can cook is sometimes limited by those problems. I do my best though, and ask for help with some things (chopping onions for example-my eye condition gets so much worse if i do that myself!). I am currently (for the last 4 years) battling an abdominal wall nerve entrapment, which is quite painful-so I spend alot of time collecting recipies to try out when i'm feeling better. I think my dream kitchen would include a fishtank.
