About This Cook

La Petraia is a 165 acre self sufficient biodyanmic farm in the heart of Tuscany. Our wines are produced from the highest vineyards in the Chianti Classico zone and we raise all of our own food. We have a small luxury inn and restaurant where everything we serve our guests comes from the property itself.
