I live in Sydney, Australia with my housemates who are almost as food obsessed as me. I'm a recent law graduate and have just embarked on my first full-time job. I love it but I still spend most of my time thinking about cooking. I never, ever get sick of food (thinking about it, cooking it and eating it). My favourite food is english trifle with homemade sponge, vanilla been custard cherries and lots of sherry. It takes me back to hot, Aussie christmases every time I make it.
