Jordan is a chef, food stylist and author of The Guilt Free Gourmet. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, he has been based in London for almost 10 years where he lives with his wife Jina.
Having trained at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in Cork, Jordan was immediately picked up by the Michelin star chef Skye Gyngell to work with her and her team at Petersham Nurseries Restaurant in London.
During his time there, Jordan was also working with his sister Jessica (a nutritional therapist based in Dublin), cooking privately for some of her London based clients, specializing in cooking for health, weight loss and nutrition.
Jordan’s first cookbook ‘The Guilt Free Gourmet’, which he wrote with Jessica, was a result of countless requests from clients, friends and family for the recipes to the indulgent, yet ‘guilt-free’, food they had tasted. It is available worldwide through Amazon and in all good book stores.
As well as cooking for private clients and dinner parties, Jordan also works as a food stylist for food shoots and gives cookery demonstrations and classes.
