I have been cooking for more than 50 years. I learned from watching my French-Canadian grandmother, my Polish mother and anyone else who would let me watch! Having raised two daughters on my home cooking (one is an excellent baker; the other is an amazing natural cook), I now cook to please my husband, who has some medical restrictions plus some irrational food restrictions that are still hanging on from childhood, but most especially to please my 3 grandsons. Oh, they're not easy either...one is still a baby, one is the pickiest eater I have ever encountered, but the third and oldest is always complimentary and really loves to eat my food. As for me, I try to eat healthy and not too much, but cooking is my passion and all day I think about what to prepare next. I love new ideas. That's why I love this blog. :)
