My parents gifted me with a sense of adventure for food, my comfort foods remain pretty exotic, and a respect for the skill of cooking. Plus some of the countries best bakers, cheese makers, and cured meat producers.
I am a firm believer that you shouldn't place moral value on food, and that when you open yourself up to the experience of eating in all its sensual glory, you find the mouth watering bliss of even so called healthy food.
