At ayoung age, I realized that there were only three spices in my childhood home -- pepper, onion powder, and lemon pepper seasoning. My life has been a quest for flavor (and salt!) ever since.
I have worked in the gourmet grocery business since I was 16, and Whole Foods Market for 6 years. My personal talents lean towards the sweet, baked good side of the kitchen, but I really love cooking anything I can when I can get into the kitchen without one of my two boys tugging on my apron strings (literally).
